A FEW Q&A'S TO HELP YOU GET STARTED...

How much time will I need to dedicate to getting Amped?

About 35 minutes, three times per week. If you're in the water (surfing) more than once a week, you can get by with two AmpedSurf workouts per week.

What equipment will I need?
An exercise ball and resistance band from your local sporting goods store. If you have access to a gym, that works too—we provide gym-machine equivalents for the exercises in the workout.

Where can I do the AmpedSurf workout?
Your local gym works great, but we also suggest somewhere in or around your house where you can workout in board shorts and barefoot; you'll just need somewhere to safely secure a resistance band.
