Your $4.99 subscription gets you password protected access to your AmpedSurf Training Room, where you'll find your cumulative weekly workouts and your own AmpedSurf Log. Each AmpedSurf workout includes a trainer certified warm-up, the sequence of exercises, number of reps and sets for each exercise, between-set rest times, and video tutorials that show you exactly how to perform each exercise.

You'll need an exercise ball and resistance band, available at your local sporting goods store. If you have access to a gym, that works too—we provide gym-machine equivalents for the exercises in the workout. Each workout takes about 35 minutes. Weekend surfers will workout three times per week. If you're in the water (surfing) more than once a week, you can get by with two AmpedSurf workouts per week.
